Pay as you go

Choose the Guance plan that matches your workload, team, and data-retention requirements.

Free Plan Commercial Plan Enterprise Plan

If you are evaluating Guance for your team, start with the observability platform overview or review the unified observability solution before selecting a plan.

Free Plan

The Free Plan gives individual developers and small teams the core observability capabilities they need to start monitoring without an upfront platform fee.

Commercial Plan

The Commercial Plan uses pay-as-you-go pricing. Charges are calculated from actual usage across infrastructure metrics, logs, data forwarding, Triggers, RUM page views, APM traces, Synthetic Tests, and notification services.

Usage measurement and billing rules
Trace and Span billing
Billed by Trace when the Trace count is at least one tenth of the Span count; otherwise billed by Span. The two charges are not added together.
Synthetic test weighting
Private-node executions count at one tenth of the public-node rate. Synthetic data storage is billed separately.
Task call weighting
Standard checks count as 1 call and complex checks as 5. For detection windows over 15 minutes, each additional 15 minutes, rounded up, adds 1 call.
AI and security checks
Each AI Monitor check counts as 1 task call; AI Intelligent Monitoring counts as 100. Actual Credits usage is charged separately. Security rules and programmable monitors count as 100 task calls per check, replacing scan-volume billing.
Queries and notifications
DataKit/OpenAPI queries, AI API calls and metric generation count as 1 call each; escalation notifications count as 100 per trigger. Intelligent Monitoring counts host, log and application checks as 10 calls each, and RUM checks as 100.

Data Observability billing takes effect on 2026-10-14. Russia sites use 4 times the corresponding standard rate. CNY rates per 1,000 runs are ¥10, ¥12, ¥14, ¥16, ¥18 and ¥20 for 3, 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days of retention, respectively.

AI Monitor Credits apply to Commercial and Enterprise plans and cannot be paid with vouchers. Each check also counts as 1 task call. Russia sites charge 4 times the corresponding standard rate: ¥1 per 10 Credits when settled in CNY.

Metrics are billed daily on all data points within the retention period, not just newly ingested points. The unit rate does not change with retention. Each workspace uses one metric billing method; contact your account manager to switch to time-series billing.

Prices shown use the minimum data-retention period. Some billing items change when you select a longer retention period.View detailed pricing

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan is designed for high-volume data and complex architectures, with dedicated query compute, elastic scaling, physical isolation, and tailored deployment options.

How Enterprise billing works

Billing combines data traffic and retained storage. Contact your account manager for itemized pricing.

Metric data
Based on all metric data points within the retention period.
Ingestion and storage
For logs, traces, Agent monitoring, RUM and other data, daily compressed ingestion and total retained storage are measured separately.
Data Observability
Data Observability ingestion and storage are included in the existing Total Ingestion Traffic and Engine Data Storage Volume billing items, respectively. Existing rates apply; no separate billing item is added.
Processing and forwarding
Processing and forwarding traffic are measured separately using original data volume.
Synthetic tests and tasks
Based on daily synthetic test executions and task calls.
Dedicated Query Compute
Monthly pricing by node size. Burst nodes cost 50% of the original node monthly rate.

Enterprise observability for high-volume workloads

The Enterprise Plan supports high-ingest workloads, complex data architectures, long retention periods, and large teams while preserving the performance and continuity of existing systems.

Flexible retention and data-management policies

Set retention and hot or cold storage policies independently for each data type, then adjust them as workload and compliance requirements change.

Tenant-level physical isolation

Dedicated data, compute, and storage resources prevent noisy-neighbor interference and support enterprise security, compliance, and availability requirements.

Dedicated query compute with elastic scaling

Dedicated query compute scales with demand to preserve response performance during complex analysis and reduce unnecessary capacity during quieter periods.
