A growing service footprint needs proactive detection

The online services behind agricultural equipment need to stay reliable as the business expands. XAG wanted critical issues to reach the right owners promptly and development and operations to share the same operational picture.

A lean operations team supported multiple business sites. Manually checking dashboards or waiting for reported failures could delay the response.
